This essential Hair & Scalp Stimulator lotion is applied to the scalp after shampooing. Apply the lotion to the scalp with cotton wool, then activate the lotion with cold water for roughly 5 seconds. This cools the head right down. Note: the Scalp Stimulator should never be used on broken skin.
